- FIX: Impersonation detection ignores invalid act_as values and authentication pages such as login, logout, and authorization callbacks, so a failed authorization no longer leaves the banner active.
- FIX: /unimp ends the active impersonation in the app that owns it and returns to the invoking page after Halo confirms switchback, preserving its query and fragment; stale responses cannot overwrite newer session changes.
- Agent and user impersonations can run together with one active account per type, but user impersonation cannot start while agent impersonation is active. Switching accounts ends only the same type before starting the chosen one after Halo confirms switchback.
- /unimp ends a sole active impersonation directly; when both are active it offers to end the agent, the user, or both, confirming each switchback in sequence.
- FIX: Session checks use current shared credentials and the Impersonation_Agent claim from /api/Users/me, with tokens separated by app and frame, so stale tokens cannot skip switchback and the warning clears when the original account is restored.

- Instances and connected groups can be reordered in Settings → Instances by dragging the grip handle or with keyboard arrow keys, and the order is saved.
- Rearanged Settings with collapsible multi-setting sections and an Expand all sections / Collapse all sections control next to the search field.
- Subtickets in table view can be expanded or collapsed by clicking anywhere in the leading grouping and arrow cells.
- Added ticket previews for table rows after a one-second hover, including grouped lists, nested tables, and parent/child ticket IDs. Previews shows information like the summary, status, email history and more
- Escape now dismisses one dialog at a time and protects its unsaved changes without closing parent dialogs or the page. Open dropdowns close first, closed background dropdowns no longer bypass protection, and holding Escape cannot dismiss additional layers.
- FIX: Outside clicks now ask about unsaved changes only when they would actually close the dialog. Clicking empty space inside a dialog no longer triggers a leave confirmation.
- FIX: Explicitly clicking Cancel now discards the current editor without another confirmation, while preserving drafts in parent and sibling editors.
- FIX: Successful saves and portal service-request submissions now complete and redirect without an incorrect leave warning. Pending saves, failed submissions, validation-only results, and subsequent edits remain protected.
- FIX: The automatic What's new notice now waits until the user is signed in and the Halo page has been visible for five seconds.

This covers workflows, runbooks, steps, ticket types, custom fields, and custom integrations and their methods, and also applies when you reload or close the tab. It is on by default and can be turned off under Settings → Page Behavior → Unsaved changes.
- Halo blue look: the themes, setup screens, sidebar and icons now use the Halo blue colors, and Halo blue is the default instance color. The dark theme was adjusted to match.

- Keep commands and instances in sync with a shared configuration file under Settings -> Import/Export -> Server. Your own changes are kept.
- Choose what to export and import: instances, slash commands, and other settings. Every change is shown before you save.
- Redesigned Settings and the side panel, and added a search field to Settings.
- Extension updates now apply to open Halo pages without reloading.
