DraftGuard does not collect, transmit, or share any user data.
All saved drafts, notes, and settings are stored exclusively in the browser's local extension storage (storage.local) on the user's own device. The extension makes zero network requests — there is no server, no account, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Password fields and inputs that appear to contain payment or identity data (card numbers, CVV, OTP, PIN, IBAN) are never captured, by design.
Drafts are automatically deleted after their retention window. Users can delete any or all data at any time from the popup. Uninstalling the extension permanently removes all stored data.
