Custom Regex Patterns

10 preset spam patterns included (sub4sub, like-for-part, first-comment, etc.)
Add your own custom regex patterns to filter any spam type
Patterns are case-insensitive by default
Test patterns directly in the popup before saving
Custom Patterns Toggle

Custom patterns are disabled by default to prevent unintended filtering
Users must explicitly enable before patterns take effect
Prevents confusion for users who don't understand why comments disappear
Reset to Defaults

One-click "Reset to defaults" button restores all 10 preset patterns
Confirmation dialog prevents accidental resets
