Cookie Vault does not collect, transmit, or store any user data outside your device. All cookie parsing and restoration happens locally in your browser. The extension requests broad host permissions (<all_urls>) only so it can set cookies for any domain you choose to restore — it does not read or transmit browsing data to any server.
