This release brings the first free public version of WordToDeck for Chrome and Firefox.

• Double-click a word on any webpage to open the lookup panel.
• Detect the base form (lemma) and show direct translation, pronunciation and synonyms.
• Show infinitive, Past Simple and Past Participle for irregular English verbs.
• Fetch a relevant image for visual memorisation.
• Select the source and target languages from the supported language list.
• Choose an existing Anki deck or create a new deck.
• Export cards to a local Anki installation through AnkiConnect.
• Keep failed captures in a local retry queue when a service is temporarily unavailable.
• Add Firefox-compatible MV3 packaging and a reproducible reviewer build.

This release is free and does not require an account or payment. Lemon Squeezy/paywall
integration is not enabled in this version.
