    ** REQUIRES SUBSCRIPTION**

    Downloaded the VPN. Then it says I need to download the Application. Okay.

    There it says:
    1. Open File
    2. Start App
    3. Register (or Log in)
    4. Activate VPN
    5. Install FireFox Add on.

    NO WORD ABOUT A SUBSCRIPION (and also not a word about registering before). ONLY AFTER REGISTERING.

    Feels like a Scam. Forcing me to download an App, Registering, and then having to pay.

    Zero stars if I could. I paid for a year subscription. Never got the link email. I tried contacting them for help, got NONE!!!!! I simply want my money back, which was promised within the first 30 days.

    The VPN is good and I have been using it for a while. The extension is not something I can use since it is not supported in Linux. In general the support on Linux is a bit lacking. There are installers for the popular distros like Ubuntu, but not much more. And There is not installers for arm which I would love to use on my raspberry pi. I think it is a good product and I try to support the project, but I wish it was easier to use it through my multiple platforms.

    I have been using the VPN for about 3 - 4 years (maybe more, who knows). It works well on my phone (iOS), my mac and my windows machines. Very happy with the service and will renew again.

    My one request would be a family plan for 3 - 4 people.

    The PlugIn conflicts with the downloaded Mozilla VPN blocking internet traffic, DevOps look into disable PlugIn or App or Sync them .

    Site specific VPN/location settings either don't work or entirely prevent you from connecting to websites. Pointless extension that just disables your browser.
