Motrix Extension connects Firefox with Motrix, allowing you to send downloads without leaving the browser and manage them from a compact popup.

Features:

Create HTTP, HTTPS, and magnet download tasks.
Send links to Motrix from the browser.
Detect video, audio, and image resources loaded by the current page.
Monitor download speed and task progress.
Pause, resume, remove, and reveal supported tasks.
Optionally hand eligible browser downloads to the local Motrix App.
Save and switch between multiple Motrix Server connections.
Keep pairing credentials and data permissions isolated for each Server.

Firefox on desktop can connect to the local Motrix App or a remote Motrix Server. Firefox for Android connects through Motrix Server because Native Messaging is not available on Android.

A compatible Motrix App or Motrix Server is required. The extension does not bypass DRM, and some temporary, protected, or site-specific media resources may not be downloadable.
