    • Unsaved-change protection: Halo editors and their dialogs now ask for confirmation before discarding unsaved changes. This covers workflows, runbooks, steps, ticket types, custom fields, and custom integrations and their methods, and also applies when you reload or close the tab. It is on by default and can be turned off under Settings → Page Behavior → Unsaved changes.
    • Halo blue look: the themes, setup screens, sidebar and icons now use the Halo blue colors, and Halo blue is the default instance color. The dark theme was adjusted to match.

    Fixes
    • Settings now stay in sync across open tabs, which fixes a bug where changes were not saved. Fixing save settings bug

    • Resize Ticket information, End-User details and User Profile information by dragging the handle between them. Wider panels, including record Details and Recent Activity, show fields in two columns.
    • Slash commands now open in a new tab. Use /c (for example /c config) to stay on the current page, or change the default in Settings.
    • Search agents and users by name with /agents <name>, /users <name>, or just /<name>. Lookups now also work on portal pages.
    • Added /switch to jump between an agent's and a user's profile.
    • Added a first-run setup.
    • Keep commands and instances in sync with a shared configuration file under Settings -> Import/Export -> Server. Your own changes are kept.
    • Choose what to export and import: instances, slash commands, and other settings. Every change is shown before you save.
    • Redesigned Settings and the side panel, and added a search field to Settings.
    • Extension updates now apply to open Halo pages without reloading.
