This add-on creates bibtex citation for you from your selected paper name. Select any research paper name from any online/offline paper, pdf or just webpage. Right click on it and you will get a context menu for Cite-It. Click on it.

Just select and right click on any research paper name and you will get an option to cite the paper. Click on it and it will fetch the proper bibtex citation from Google Scholar.

Note: You will not see any new button or any visual indication of the add-on. There is no UI apart from the right click context menu.
