Basic New Tab nga Steve-o Softworks

This is an extremely basic new tab extension that has a dark charcoal background and displays the current date and time in the center of the browser window. Also, this code runs 100% client side so it should be very VPN friendly.

The motivation for this application was to have a VPN friendly new tab page that had a dark background so I could stop getting blinded by the bright white default background on most of the Firefox themes. I wish I could just choose what background color I wanted for the new tab page in the Firefox customization settings, but the workarounds to make this happen end up breaking other websites so this is my alternative solution.
