recent updates have broken the extension on firefox, console on websites shows 'Error: Could not establish connection. Receiving end does not exist.' (void chrome.runtime.sendMessage({ command: "triggerAutofillScriptInjection" });)

additionally, it always asks me to "update" my passwords after signing into any website (multiple times), even though they are up-to-date.
Clearly the firefox extension is an afterthought and bugs aren't adressed, since this has been an ongoing issue, in addition to negatively affecting browser performance during typing in input fields, likely caused by the bugs mentioned.

Schade hat sich viel versprechend angehört und als ich das tool aktivieren wollte sagte man Account erstellen oder du hast pech gehabt so nach dem motto, damit hat sich Bitwarden ins ausgeschossen

Overall it works great, but it is a little hampered because I do also use the firefox password manager. That's on me, but I store personal in bw and work in firefox.

One thing this DESPERATELY needs is a fast way to ignore sites. I mean, you are asking me to save a login, just add another button that says never on this site. Very easy, everything else has that.

merci de rentre inutilisable votre service pour ceux ayant d'anciens mobiles. Du jour au lendemain je ne peux plus lancer l'app et je n'ai pas accès à toute la partie droite de l'écran sur l'extension, je ne peux donc plus du tout accéder à mes mots de passe.

Extension is becoming unusable.
It gets stuck with .com server and cannot be changed to .eu or self-hosted.
Extension needs to be disabled and re-enabled or browser restarted to work again for some time...

Broken on Android tablet.Cannot see full screen for UI in order to use it. Autofill is useless. For years just creates new pass.

The last 2 updates (late 2025, early 2026) have broken a lot of basic functionality, and have made this app UNDEPENDABLE and SLOW to login. No longer works correctly on many sites that it did before the last "updates." Please stop making your app far worse with disastrous "updates." Roll back to at least 2 versions ago, and find out what you screwed up, PLEASE.

Causes page lag and Passkeys outright haven't worked for a month now. The extension has clearly degraded in quality SEVERELY in the past year.
