Simply put it doesn't work. I tried it today (March 11th) and wasn't able to download anything...
I wouldn't buy the paid version since if it doesn't work you'd be out $30 (US) dollars with your only recourse being to dispute the transaction with your credit card issuer and if too much time has elasped you'd be xxxx out of luck in getting your money back. I think there are limits as to how long you have to dispute a transaction once it's been posted...
