PrinterTag is a complete label program that lives in your browser. Type the data by hand, import an Excel or CSV list, or read it from the product or order you have open in your online store, and print in seconds on a thermal printer or on A4 label sheets.

USE IT YOUR WAY
• As a label program: type the name, price and code, or design your own label. No store needed.
• From Excel or CSV: one row per label, for products, lots or shipping addresses.
• From your store: reads name, price, SKU, barcode, stock and sale price from Shopify, PrestaShop and WooCommerce, with every variant. From an order, one label per unit sold or the shipping label.

LABELS
• Price labels with VAT included or not, the previous price struck through and the price per kg, litre or metre.
• Barcodes: EAN-13, UPC, EAN-8, ITF-14, Code 128, Code 39, QR, DataMatrix, GS1-128 and GS1 DataMatrix with lot and expiry. Warns you if an EAN check digit is wrong, and creates in-store EAN codes from your SKU.
• Sequential numbering with prefix, suffix and digits, one label per unit in stock, fixed texts with placeholders such as {sku} or {date+30}.
• Template editor: your logo, fixed texts, the date, which data goes where and at what size, with an exact preview.

PRINTERS
• Zebra and any thermal or office laser printer.
• Thermal rolls at any size (50×25, 100×50, 4×6", 104×147 mm or custom).
• Standard A4 and Letter label sheets, starting at any label, with fine alignment and custom sheets.
• Direct printing to Zebra with darkness, speed and roll type, and a calibrate button. Other thermal brands print direct with the optional helper.
