This isn't working anymore. It doesn't save URLs. Nice concept, though.

OK, so what this add-on does is, it makes it so every time you use the debug tools like F12 or Inspect a webpage it will save that page exactly how you edited it even if you refresh the page

This extension either does not work, or the author did not explain how to use it properly.
