Once Upon Autor: HomptyDompty

This theme was created for 1920 x 1080 and the image is 1920 x 104. It can be used with or without the Menu Bar and Bookmark Toolbar. Personally, with Bookmark Toolbar and without Menu Bar, I find the best and the nicest to work with.
