Automatically collected information.
Whenever you interact with us through your computer or mobile device, we and our Service Providers use Cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect and store certain types of information based on your opt-out preferences (see Your Rights and Choices below). Our Website uses these technologies to customize your experience with the site, make it easier for you to navigate, and tailor marketing messages accordingly. Our collection of information includes:
Log & Device data.
Kiub's servers automatically record certain information ("log data") whenever you visit our Website, including information your browser sends. In addition to your IP address, mobile network carrier, time zone, and location, log data can include the website you came from or are going to, the device model, operating system, browser type, and unique device identifier from your device. The type of device you're using and its settings determine whether we collect some or all of this information. The information you can access depends on whether you have an iPhone, an Android, a Mac, or a PC. If you are interested in learning more about what information your device provides to us, please check the policies of the manufacturer or software provider of your device.
Cookie data.
According to your settings, Kiub may use "Cookies" (a small text file sent by your computer each time you visit our website, uniquely associated with your Kiub account and your browser) or similar technologies to record log data. In order to save your preferences, we may use 'session' cookies (that last until you close your browser) or 'persistent' cookies (that last until you delete them).
Cookie-based authentication, for instance, keeps you logged into Kiub. Cookies are used for various reasons. Some are associated with your Kiub account (for example, your email address), while others aren't.
Third Party Tools.
Kiub uses third-party service providers such as Google Analytics to provide certain analytics and Viewer interaction services to Kiub based on your opt-out preferences (see ‘Your Rights and Choices’ below). The collection and tracking of certain data and information about Kiub visitors' characteristics and activities is part of the operation of our Website. It is possible to opt-out of relevant cookies by visiting their respective websites and using the opt-out feature.
In order to prevent spam and abuse, Kiub may implement Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. For the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving reCAPTCHA Enterprise and for general security, reCAPTCHA Enterprise collects hardware and software information. This information is not used by Google for personalized advertising. Your use of reCAPTCHA Enterprise is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Kiub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not utilize any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs for the development, enhancement, or training of generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. All user data accessed via Google Workspace APIs is managed in strict accordance with our privacy policy and is used exclusively for the purposes specified at the time of data collection.
