I tried changing the background of a blank page via about:support. I opened the Profile Folder and created a new chrome folder. Next, using the userContent.css file, a special script was written with which you can change the background color of an empty bookmark. This is all very tedious and very long. In this case, it may not work out right away; you have to constantly reboot, etc.

Maybe I will replace it with grey later, but at the moment, it is hard for me to replace the dark colors with something else.
