I dont know for what such high marks, but simply I couldn't add cookie at my site. I can change cookies but I have to add. So "remove"

This cookies manager needs a little bit intelligent groping but works perfectly: shows all cookies (not only from the current site), one can edit / secure / backup and restore (.json) them, even grouped. This in contrast with the other cookies managers which I tested.

- Add create cookie button, pls.
- Add Netscape HTTP Cookie File format support, pls.

Sadly it doesn't display and allow to export/import Local Storage items .
