Downloaded the video although the download was prevented on Vimeo itself. Unfortunately, the downloaded video didn't have any audio. :-(

It can download Vimeo video, but it takes you to a 3rd party site. pbion. com

Doesn't download audio with 1080p or higher resolutions of TS format. Have to download lower quality MP4 and remux audio into TS.
