AI Context Sync: Prompt Manager & Snippets Autor: ThinkDare

AI Context Sync stores reusable text snippets in your browser and inserts a
selected snippet into the chat input of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity,
or Copilot when you press a keyboard shortcut.

If you run more than one AI model a day and keep a scratch document of
prompts you copy and paste from, this replaces that document. Press
Ctrl+Shift+K (Cmd+Shift+K on Mac), search your snippets, and the text lands
in whichever chat you're in, filled in with your project's variables if the
snippet uses them.

Why this exists

Most prompt managers ask for a signup before your first insertion, or bind
to one AI provider. This one doesn't. There's no account, no server, and no
upload: your prompts are stored in Firefox's own extension storage and sync
through Firefox Sync exactly like your bookmarks do, if you have Sync turned
on. If you don't, everything still works, entirely locally.
