That got fixed but now I get a "encryption key mismatch" error message on everything....

размещено 2 года назадPlease try to completely reset the extension at the menu Settings - Reset, click the WIPE OUT AND RESET button.
This will delete any data in the extension storage, and reload the extension.

The program does nothing but consume almost 100% RAM and freeze the browser (Firefox) and computer. Do not install

Version 4.13 of the addon is working again, where version 4.12 was buggy and unusable !
Version 4.9 was the best up to now. I have made a reset to 4.9 for my computer, sorry ;-)
Please add four features to your addon 4.14:
1. show the number of still working downloads.
2. please enhance the clearness in the window "all-video-downloads".
3. Please process changes of the settings immediately and not only reentering the settings-window (uncommon)
4. please add a checksum (i.e.MD5-checksum) in the download-info, that we can check it after the download of the native client and anytime later.

Unfortunately video detection at facebook.com was disabled due to the problems in the way of streaming. - Оценено на 4 из 5от LauraLct, 2 года назадHello, this add-on works perfectly, except that I want to download videos from a streaming platform, but every time I download a video it is downloaded in its lowest quality (for example if I select 720p, the downloaded one will be at 480p). How do I fix that? (sorry for mistakes, english is not my first language)

Uninstall/reinstall addon and native app is not better.
Wipe out an reset work, but only for some days.
Must reset every 2-3 days for have not too much problem.
It's like if all videos detected are never deleted of the memory of the addon, and continu to use ressources.

There's a comment from the developer I saw on one of the bad reviews that says the person needed to reinstall, I'm guessing maybe an update borked the extension for some people, and I can say that seems to track considering my new install is fine. If that changes I'll update this while leaving this first impression so people get the whole story. (If that's possible, I've never bothered to review something on here so I don't know yet.)

But at the end of 2021 they made it useless, now all it does is freeze up firefox and if you don't remove it fast enough it will freeze your entire computer. There are no fixes as of Jan 29, 2022. Uninstalling and reinstalling DOES NOT fix anything, uninstalling and reinstalling the native app will also DO NOTHING TO FIX IT, it will work for a day or two but then it will go right back to freezing everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling firefox will also not fix the issue. It's a real shame that they ruined this extension it worked great for years, but now it's completely worthless.
