- от Flume, 6 месяцев назадОценено на 5 из 5A very nice little useful plugin as i always wanted. Other proxy toggles may screw your settings and have no shortcut. - Really nice! Thank you! :)
Btw. it would be nice to assign the shortcut key in the settings. Now its hardcoded , thats a little bit complicated to change. I also checked the code. Seems to be save.

"As the message says you will need to Allow the add-on to Run in Private Windows (first tab, second option) until Mozilla gets around and fixes the bug."
Now I have installed FF71 and the addon works in it, but not works in FF72b and FF73a.
Well it's not you fault, so I will correct my rating for 5 stars )
Ответ разработчикаопубликовано 10 месяцев назадI took another look at it and it seems like Mozilla is making changes in 72 in preparation of it's Secure Proxy/Private Network feature adding a new preference that can only be changed by "privileged" add-ons, which mine obviously isn't.
Why they decided to implemented it like this i have no idea but i will publish an update to address it momentarily.
Thanks for reporting this!
Edit: Fixed in 0.3.1

Guess this is what 99% of the users looking for this kind of extension actually need. Thanks a lot.

Go to about:preferences > Network Settings > Settings
Left Click on HTTP Proxy or Port box does not functional.(Only Right Click Works)
Not really a big deal 😉
Thanks for explanation 🙏

What do you mean, doesn't the toolbar button work in manual mode?
That is a limitation of the API disabling the entire form if your proxy settings are controlled by an extension (why ever Mozilla decided that is a good idea i don't know) and there is little i can do about it.
I could re-implement the entire frontend in the options but that'd be another >50 lines of code easily just for that.
As a workaround disable the extension, change your settings as needed and re-enable it.
If you need more control over your settings from within the extension i'd suggest you switch to one of the many which are already out there as this is out of scope of this extension, which is really just about toggling between two proxy profiles.
As you wrote: Simple and Light :)
