SimpleYoutube от Karamba

This Extension blocks several unnessecary elements on the youtube page.

It blocks:
- Recommendation on StartPage
- Trends in the MainMenu
- Comments on the VideoPage
- Recommendation panel on the VideoPage

It currently has no settings and some views in mobile view can be broken.
This will get fixed over time.
