- Fixed a bug where the guaranteed number/uppercase/lower/special character didn't work

- Increased the length of the generated passwords to 16 characters
- Passwords now always include at least one number, uppercase character, lowercase character and a special character.

I made those changes because some passwords didn't include required characters for some password fields on some websites. With this change, Seedkeys should be usable on a broader array of websites.

Take note that your passwords will be generated completely different, so make sure that if you want to use this version of Seedkeys to update your passwords everywhere!
