ScriptGuard is an open‑source privacy and security extension designed to stop dangerous scripts before they execute. It blocks ads, trackers, fingerprinting attempts, dynamic script injections, and third‑party surveillance at the network layer. ScriptGuard includes WebRTC and Blob leak protection, fingerprint request deletion, heuristic tracking detection, and a multi‑mode privacy system (OFF, BASIC, PRO, MAXIMUM).
No telemetry, no data collection, no background analytics — all processing happens locally in your browser.
Users can whitelist sites, export/import rules, and generate manual privacy reports. ScriptGuard is built for transparency, security, and full user control.
