Manual popup update instead of automatic

Router panel button — added compact button in popup header to open router web panel in a new tab (derived from API URL)
Move domains — if a domain already exists in a group or subscription, it can be moved: disabled in the source and added to the target group
Smart dropdown — per-domain dropdown shows current location (disabled option) and available target groups; button shows "Move" or "Add" accordingly
Live refresh — groups and subscriptions are re-fetched from API after every add/move operation, keeping the UI up-to-date without reopening the popup
Inline settings — settings now open directly inside the popup instead of a separate tab
Auto tab selection — popup automatically switches to "Loaded" tab when "Blocked" is empty
