The extension rarely loads on command (just a spinning loading wheel indefinitely) and even when logged into the desktop app (which shouldnt even be necessary) the extension still doesnt recognize saved passwords so i need to copy+paste manually.

So what is the great different from using Bitwarden which server me great for free ?

If I could get my money back I would. God knows how that publication can rate your product so highly, they clearly didn't try to use it in the real world. It is truly awful.

1) If you open the browser before logging into the app. You have to Log in on their webpage with one account, then it'll open your destop app to which you login with your superspecial password. Then you can actually login somewhere on the web.
2) I have checked the option to launch at starup and unlock with windows hello. Given these settings. Why bother with logging in? I have just entered the windows hello like a few seconds ago? Doesn't it make sense to just open the app without password?
3) Right now I am logged in to the desktop app but the browser extension is still locked and there's nothing i can do about it. It just shows window with an infinite loading wheel. No error, nothing.
4) Did you enjoy the browser's default autocomplete function? Well say goodbye to that. Because now you can only fill in profiles that you have saved. So if you need to just write your email in some input field... you'll just type the whole damn thing. Or presave it to separate tab in the app.
Awful I imagine the whole UI/UX team would have a blast running a concentration camp because using this thing is torture and a clear violation of the Geneva convention. I, surprisingly, do not recommend.

It frequently logs out, randomly requires me to enter my password multiple times (it's accepting it each time, just takes me to a new window to enter it again, sometimes the same window twice), sometimes doesn't save passwords when creating new accounts so you immediately have to reset your password to manually enter the info in... there's nothing convenient about using this add on.
You will get less frustrating performance out of a physical notebook, a pen, and a set of dice to randomly generate your passwords. Do not spend money on this.

This option is computer driven and is crappy, you can never get the right words to get to the answer you are seeking. No one needs a password safe like this.

- Оценено на 1 из 5от Emil, 8 месяцев назадConstantly disconnected from the app, spending more time re-entering my credentials to enter the master password to access the vault, it regularly doesn't work (either app struggling to connect or plugin not unlocking), regular manual updates always block access to the vault, basic features locked behind premium (whose sales are pushed ad-nauseum in-app).
Beats typing ~80% of the time
Works well when it does however, and overall quality of life has been slowly improving, maybe in a year it'll be a finished product

It's been like that for several months and their IT team is TOTALLY incompetent to find the issue. NORD Company is NOT reliable at all.
DEVELOPER RESPONSE IS A PROOF THAT NORD COMPANY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
The developer response is telling me to contact their support team, although I said in my first message (above) that I contacted them already.

Ah, et pour montrer à quel point nordpass n'est pas optimisé, je ne peux pas lancer le programme Nordpass (version premium) si j'ai lancé NordVPN

This App and Addon is one of the worst I have ever seen. Unfortunately payed for it.
You should do your homework first and then programm such app. What do you expect users to think about the safety? I assume bullshit! Sorry but I am nit amused with that crap.

Trying to use this after using LastPass for the few years has been a real shock to the system, i only tried this as i think Lastpass is becoming expensive, and NordVPN is really good, but buying Nordpass is some of the worst money i've ever spent, it's terrible.

I have tried across multiple versions of Firefox (even Chrome and Edge) and have uninstalled and re-installed more times than I care to remember and nothing solves the issues.
I have opened multiple service tickets which have done nothing but waste my time and patience.
This is not an isolated case either, look down the review list or do a quick search and you will find post after post reiterating the same problem. You may even see a response from the developer asking the poster to message them with details but being that there are reviews that are almost 2 years old complaining of the same thing, I'm slightly dubious of the "help" they are reaching out to offer.
I get that browsers update and passwords and the security around them is incredibly complex (without getting into the granular details) but don't release something that is inherently broken and then pat yourself on the back for a job well done. And judginf by the glut of 1-star reviews as compared to 5-star, I'm not far off the mark.
Once my current NordPass and NordVPN subs are up, I will absolutely not be renewing them. I'm going to research and find a company that actually cares whether or not the product they release functions as they advertise. And until there is a significant stretch of time where this extension actually functions as intended, I would caution everyone else to stay far away as well.
