- fixed: support for localhost remote origin. FF doesn't accept origins with port, like localhost:3000 for example. With this fix you can specify just localhost as origin.
- new: Content Security Policy (CSP) option - the CSP is no longer disabled by default. You have to enable it manually from the advanced options page. Improved security: it now removes the header only on matching paths of your explicitly configured remote origins.
- fixed: removed the misleading access to file URLs entry from the allowed origins list

- Changes the text/markdown and text/x-markdown content-type on the allowed origins to text/plain using webRequest
- Removes the content-security-policy header on the allowed origins using webRequest
This effectively allows the extensions on any origin without file:// URLs
