- Fix spaces lost when getting the text of the elements: The whitespace was normalised and trimmed for every descendant, removing the spaces at the edges of inline elements and joining words. Now it is normalised once for the whole text, and line breaks and block elements add a space.
- Add language attribute to the headings text in the outline: The text of the headings keeps the language declared in the page, as in the headings and landmarks trees. Also, the innerText fallback for the heading text is normalised, so a heading with only non-breaking spaces is detected as empty.

- Added the translation to Slovak.
- Fixed an issue that made the dialog title show in English again on later openings, since it was removed from the cached content instead of hidden.
- The settings dialog now synchronises its fields every time it is opened, not only when created, so changes made outside of it (such as the panel position) are reflected.
