Fixed a Firefox popup UI glitch where the popup could “jump” during hover/click interactions.
What changed:
- Stabilized popup dimensions to prevent Firefox reflow/resizing.
- Moved scrolling to the inner popup container.
- Added stable scrollbar behavior to avoid layout shifts.
- Replaced layout-affecting hover/active transforms with non-shifting visual feedback.
