It's simple, and does what it's supposed to do - redirect you to smile.amazon.com; this is great when you have family using the service, and you still want to donate indirectly to your favourite charity.
Amazon has a switch/choice to make Smile.Amazon your default. It is not always effective. So far, this add-on has functioned 100%; highly recommended. -Guyr8s
