Rewrite of Skakunov Alexander's XUL extension "Get File Size" for WebExtension API.
Displays the size of the link without downloading it (uses HEAD request) Not all servers expose the size of the links in the headers, so it won't work in some cases. Should be fine for most downloadable content (archives, exacutables, etc)
