Cost Explorer doesn't let you paste a list of account IDs, regions, or services into its filters. You add them one at a time, click by click, every time you need to check a subset of accounts or narrow down a usage type. This add-on fixes that.
Paste lists into any filter
Type one value and press Enter, or paste a whole list at once:
Works across every filter: Service, Linked account, Region, Usage type, Charge type, Billing entity, and more behind a Show more filters toggle, including Resource and Tag, which support their own Include/Exclude per resource type or tag key.
Build the link
Pick a date range using the same quick presets Cost Explorer itself offers (1 day, 7 days, month to date, and more), a granularity, and the add-on builds the full Cost Explorer URL for you. Copy it, or open it directly in a new tab.
Keep it open
Extension popups close when you click elsewhere, which gets annoying if you're switching tabs to copy values. Click Keep open to pop the tool into its own window that stays open until you close it.
Privacy
No login, no account access, no API calls. Everything happens locally inside the popup. No network requests of any kind, nothing you type or paste is ever sent anywhere or stored beyond the current session. Only your last-used date range and granularity are remembered locally.
You'll need to already be signed into the AWS Console with Cost Explorer read access for the generated link to work, this add-on only builds the link, it doesn't handle sign-in.
Built for FinOps teams, billing admins, and anyone who spends real time in Cost Explorer and is tired of clicking Add filter over and over.
Free to use, no catch.
