Overview

CKG Autofill is a browser extension that helps users fill in data on the CKG website more quickly. This extension stores autofill data locally in the user's browser and can verify access through a separate licensing server.

Data We Collect

When you use the email verification feature, the extension may send the following data to the licensing server:

• Email address entered by the user
• Device ID generated by the extension
• Browser name
• Platform or operating system
• User agent string
• Extension version
• IP address may also be received by the server as part of the HTTP request

When you use the autofill feature, the extension stores form values locally in your browser, including data that you choose to save for reuse.

How We Use Data

We use this data to:

• Verify whether a user is authorized to access the extension
• Enforce device usage limits for licensed users
• Store autofill data locally so the user can reuse it
• Improve compatibility and troubleshoot licensing issues

Local Storage

The extension stores autofill data and verification status in the browser's local extension storage. This data is not automatically sent to our server unless required for license verification.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data sent during license verification is used only for access control, device management, and support purposes.

Data Retention

• Autofill data remains in the user's browser until deleted by the user, removed by uninstalling the extension, or overwritten by later saves
• License verification records may be stored on the server for account management, fraud prevention, and audit purposes

Your Choices

You may:

• Choose whether to enter your email for license verification
• Clear or reset extension verification stored in the extension
• Remove locally stored extension data by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage

Security

We recommend using a production HTTPS endpoint for all license verification traffic before public release. Do not use localhost endpoints in a store release build.

Third-Party Services

The extension communicates with a licensing API operated by the extension owner. The extension also interacts with the CKG website only to provide autofill features requested by the user.
