Newest release seems to break passkeys. Additionally, the user should be able to configure whether they're forced to reinput my master password each time they use a passkey (at least let me turn that off, it wasn't in the older versions)

It's decent but sometimes long standing bugs go unnoticed.

When it works, it works great. But recently, over the past year or so, there have been way too many bugs and problems with Bitwarden and the Firefox extension. It is still one of the best options out there, but I'm constantly looking for better options. I've been with Bitwarden since the very beginning and it's gotten too big for its britches.

Used to be quite good, but the logout and freeze issue is really annoying

Add on keeps logging me fully out despite login with pin selected and require master password on browser restart disabled.
Otherwise generally works well, Bitwarden is the cheapest password manager option that does not require self hosting.

About 6 month ago quality of app dropped tremendously. I've faced:
1) random logouts (up to 10 per hour),
2) bugs with interface (I can't see full password in password field because cursor can't reach the end of the line),
3) even if I choose option not to ask to add new logins the app sometimes still asks to add 'em,
4) new popup window that appears on focus of input fields 9/10 times prevents to see info or click a field below the one you focused... So annoying.

I hope bitwarden dev team will find a better way to test app before release.

Logging out issue been plaguing the extension for months. Devs fully aware, keep promising a fix and each update another disappointment. Fingerprint passphrases also don't match up, another security issue. Still, tried every other psw mngr and HATE them. Even with the bugs BW has the best User Experience.

I miss Lockwise. It just worked.

Logging out issue appears to have been addressed. The non-matching passphrase still a security problem.

Latest 2024.04.02 has a bug, you can't login and locks up browser, had to install previous version

Keeps logging me out since a couple of weeks and it's very annoying!

The latest update keeps randomly signing me out. When I sign in then I can't access my vault. So I can't access my saved logins. Please fix this.

BitWarden's sidebar messed up my browser's sidebar big-time!

It's OK when it works, but could be so much better and more user friendly.
Has just stopped working for the 2nd time in the last few months. Disabling/ reenabling doesn't help. Seems like a complete removal/ reinstall is the only thing that works.

Occasionally just stops working at random. Often difficult or impossible to enter master password.

Browser extension has been broken. Biometrics auth doesn't work and it is reporting to me to enable browser integration at the desktop app (it's enabled). No fix - no 5 stars)

It's okay but difficult to find settings. And it seems to have changed so that now the icons at the bottom are truncated by my taskbar.

This new version is much worse than the previous ones. 2024.3.1 is totally different, and it takes more steps and time to get the password, or to make a new entry.

EDIT: I suddenly got it to work by checking the "Require verification for browser integration" setting, setting up Biometrics in the Firefox extension, and then after logging in, unchecking the setting again. Now it works every time. Weird why this was necessary.
The biometrics integration stopped working recently, which very much sucks.

The pc firefox addon and the android standalone app work good, however the android firefox addon does not work at all for me... I tried with my addons disabled and everything. I gave up and just use the app instead... really wish the android addon worked.
