I paid full rate for the Snag-It/Camstasia Suite. Some sort of software glitch is preventing me from using either and I've got work to do. The take away is this. When Snag-It $hi+ the bed, Awesome Screenshot was there for me for free and left me with an attractive offer on their Plus service. They've earned my loyalty.
