Truly excellent add-on.
However with my Firefox 115.30.0 ESR (I'm Windows 7), the add-on is not updating since version 1.67.0 ( 2025-09-15).
No error msg. suspect new incompatible Mozilla privacy safeguard.

Doesn't add much load in terms of processing power, in fact it probably improves performance due to the sheer amount of s#@t it blocks. Has been working extremely well for me for years. The ability to just shoot an arbitrarily chosen part of an intrusively designed website with "Right-click > block element" has worked beautifully.
This extension truly belongs to the "set it and forget it" kind of software. Never let me down. Would recommend this extension any day to anyone browsing the internet. - A MUST HAVE extension!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have run across websites either full of ads (all of them require a ad-free subscription) and unbearable to be on. With this extension, I don't have to worry about ads, scammers, etc anymore. Hell, this is great if you want to block those pesky 30-minute ads in YT videos too. Just an overall great open-source extension and it's sad that this is still needed in the year 2026.
