FRED EXPLAINS EVERY EMAIL — NOT JUST THE SUSPICIOUS ONES

Not sure what an email is or why you got it? Fred tells you in one plain sentence: "This is an advertisement. Kohl's is trying to sell you something." "This is a bill or payment notice. It's asking you to pay." Fred also spots sponsored content, tells you whether anything needs doing, and explains confusing words like "EOB" or "ACH transfer." If an email is pretending to be your bank, Fred says exactly that.
