Recently, about the new update version. It pops up the "Please wait: creating..." in the center of the PC screen is annoying. I suggest it can
popup in the center of the Firefox windows that is saving the screenshots and not appear at the center of the LCD screen. Because I have moved the firefox to the right side of the screen to use. And the left side of the screen is doing only video stream recording.

An absolute MUST HAVE for the more "serious" or "experienced" browser user. A+ Product no question!

Don't pay for pro version. Was working but the pro options have disappeared/not working. PDFs are no longer split into pages, and only captures 1 scrolling box of a whole web page with 2 scrolling boxes. Dev does not respond to emails. "Support site" is a shambles. If you are lucky you won't get a message saying "this message cannot be posted". If you are lucky your message will be posted but you will never see it nor will anyone else because there is no sort by date or filter on the site. Will update if I receive a reply.

Love this add-on couldn't get by without it. I use it daily. Thanks for such a great tool!

Practically perfect all-page screengrabber

FireShot could just as well have been called "SureShot". Works every time, except in certain protected pages as explained in the instructions. There are very few of those, and there are workarounds. For those of you familiar with Safari's "Export to PDF" feature, it is about the same, from the user point of view. Love this extension. Try it. You will probably like it.

I usually use Snag-It for screenshots on my MacBook Pro, but occasionally Snag-it won't capture a scrolling webpage. That's when I turn to Fireshot, and it has never failed me.
