Zap Link Autor: Aegon Targaryen

Zap Link opens phone numbers in WhatsApp Web instead of your phone dialer.

What it does
- Clicking a tel: link opens the number in WhatsApp Web. Hold Shift to keep the normal behavior.
- Phone numbers written as plain text on web pages become links (dotted green underline).
- Select any number, right-click, and choose "Open in WhatsApp Web".
- Reuses your open WhatsApp Web tab instead of opening a new one.
- Toolbar button: turn it off for the current site, or type a number and open it.

Number formats
- Brazil: with or without +55, with or without DDD (default DDD configurable), mobile and landline, (11) 98765-4321, 11 3456-7890, 0xx11, etc. DDDs are validated.
- US/NANP: +1 (415) 555-2671, 415-555-2671, 415.555.2671 and similar.

It ignores things that only look like phone numbers: CPF, CNPJ, CEP, dates, times, prices, IP addresses, order numbers and similar.

Privacy
Zap Link collects no data and makes no network requests. It only opens web.whatsapp.com when you click a number. It never runs on WhatsApp Web itself.

Zap Link is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.
