Adds a remove button for YouTube playlist queue items and hides and skips blocked songs.

If you were as bothered by the fact that YouTube removed the "Remove from Playlist" button from the "My Mix" playlist as me, this is for you.

Works for regular playlists as well, obviously only for that session.
