YouTube Feed Control Autor: Liam
Transparent, deterministic control over your YouTube feed: neutral (signed-out) search and home, hide watched / Shorts / ads, keyword and tag filters, topic discovery blended into your feed, and like/dislike ratio + tags on video cards.

O tym rozszerzeniu
YouTube Feed Control gives you explicit, non-destructive control over what shows up on YouTube — where YouTube's own tools are opaque, personalized, and tied to your watch history, this puts you in charge with plain, predictable settings.
Everything runs locally in your browser and every feature is a toggle you can turn on or off. There are two ways to use it:
Neutral feeds — replace the personalized feed with signed-out, rule-based results:
Neutral search — signed-out, non-personalized search results, with YouTube's own filters and chips.
Neutral home — a non-personalized home feed with a header showing where the results came from.
Tune your feed — keep YouTube's feed but make it cleaner and more relevant:
Hide watched videos, hide Shorts, videos-only mode, and hide ads.
Hide the "Ask YouTube" chip.
Keyword, tag, and channel filters — mute topics or channels, with hide / soft / strong tiers.
Discover — add topics and blend fresh videos into your home feed.
Like/dislike ratio and topic tags shown directly on video cards.
Custom hover previews with an unmute button.
You stay in control: nothing is destructive, everything is reversible, and the settings live in a single in-page panel (the slider button in YouTube's top bar) plus the toolbar popup.
Optional: some card features use a free YouTube Data API key (which you paste into the panel and which is stored only on your device) to load tags. Like/dislike ratios come from the Return YouTube Dislike service. See the privacy policy for details.
