Removes the VPN block from WWE Network. VPN block - disappears, that's it, that's all it does. Nothing else. If you don't visit the WWE Network web site, you don't need it. If you don't use a VPN, you don't need it. Only when those two specific things intersect, you might need it and then all it will do is remove the error message.
