Adds the following keybindings:

Create new descendant tab. Works with Smart Tab Groups.
Create new descendant tab, and create a new tab group if none exists.
Break active tab out of current tab group.
Toggle collapsed state of active tab group.

See "Manage Extension Shortcuts" under the cogwheel menu in about:addons for default key bindings, or to configure them to your liking.
