SubText handles two kinds of content: the subtitle text of the video you're watching, and any words or phrases you choose to look up. This text is sent to SubText and the service providers it uses to generate the translations. If you sign in, your saved words and phrases are stored in your SubText account, and a session token is kept locally to keep you signed in.
