Stop Redirecting Me Autor: Pixelprime

A Firefox extension. On sites you enable it for, any attempt to open a new tab or
redirect you to a new link is paused until you confirm the destination in a popup.

The popup shows the exact URL and gives you three choices:

• Go to link — proceed to the destination this one time.
• Don't open — cancel; you stay where you are.
• Never allow links from this site — add the site to a block‑list so future
  links are stopped without asking.

Click the toolbar button to set the mode for the current site:

| Protect this site | Ask before every new tab / redirect. |
| Never allow this site | Block navigations from the site without asking. |
| Off | Don't intercept anything (default for sites you haven't touched). |

Settings are stored per hostname and persist across restarts.

• Clicking a link (same tab, target="_blank", and Ctrl/⌘/middle‑click new‑tab opens).
• Form submissions.
• Page scripts calling window.open(...), location.assign(...), or location.replace(...).

Some navigation paths can't be paused with a URL preview from a web extension:

• Direct location.href = "..." / window.location = "..." assignments (the href
  setter isn't interceptable). assign() / replace() are covered.
• <meta http-equiv="refresh"> redirects.
• Server‑side HTTP 3xx redirects.

These cover the far edges; ordinary "clicked something and got sent elsewhere / a new
tab popped open" behavior is handled.
