SilentStart — Automatically set tab volume when playing music/video: Description: When a tab starts playing audio, the extension automatically sets the volume (e.g. 30%) or mutes it if not allowed. Key features: per-domain rules, hotkeys temporarily enable, previous state saved. Note: Uses Tab.audioMuted and volume via audioContext (if content is same-origin).
