Modern Reddit is a catch-22: too much good info to ignore, too much algorithm BS and attempts at behavior manipulation to tolerate.

Sheddit turns back the clock and gives you the old.reddit.com layout without login requirements, for free, forever. It re-renders modern Reddit into the efficient and readable layout you grew to love -- on the fly, in real time -- as you browse. It works on the page you already loaded. There are no API calls, no login, no account, and no server in the middle.

Currently expanding support to logged-in browsing (work in progress)

0.62.0 shows user flair — the pill beside a username — on comments and on the post, emoji included. Signed-in readers only: Reddit no longer sends user flair to logged-out visitors, so logged out there is nothing to show. It also carries 0.61.0's important fix for threads that could show their title and comments while silently leaving out the OP's text or photo, so updating is strongly recommended. If you install from source or a download zip, update your copy and reload the extension.
