Improved React Router / Remix support: Loader data stays in sync after navigation.
Framework detection in header: The panel now shows whether it detected React Router or Remix, along with the framework version.

The panel now refreshes when the inspected page reloads or navigates. It waits for the page to be ready and React Router to initialize, so you always see current data without clicking refresh.
