QuickDesk Autor: Krishna

QuickDesk makes using the CDC portal inside IIT Kharagpur ERP faster. From instant ERP logins to tracking application deadlines and read notices of CDC.

Key Features:

• PIN-Protected Smart Autofill:
No more retyping your Roll Number, Password, and Security Answers every time you log into ERP. QuickDesk fills them in automatically and gets the OTP button ready, all protected behind a quick personal PIN so only you can unlock it.

• Full-Row Notice Tracking:
CDC notices you have already checked are clearly highlighted across the entire row in a soft yellow tone. Your read history is permanently saved in the extension, so it never gets erased even if you clear your browser cookies or ERP cache.

• Color-Coded Deadline Alerts:
Never miss a CV submission again. Company listings on your CDC dashboard are color-coded based on urgency:
- Red: Deadline Passed
- Yellow: Urgent (less than 3 hours left)
- Blue: Today (less than 24 hours left)
- Green: Active application

• QuickDesk Popup Assistant:
Click the extension icon to search CDC companies by name, filter by deadline status, view clean compensation (CTC/Stipend) and designation details, or Export to CSV in one click.

Privacy & Peace of Mind:
Your privacy is fully protected. QuickDesk is 100% client-side, it never sends your credentials, answers, or browsing data to any external server. Everything stays stored locally in your browser and locked with your PIN.

Managing CDC in ERP is no longer a chore, it’s fast, organized, and effortless.
